Highlights of Sintra & Lisbon, the perfect combination - Full Day Tour

ITINERARY

Drive to Sintra's historic centre (40min) and stop to wander around the beautiful little town (1h)
Return to Lisbon on the motorway (approx 30min).
Lisbon:
# In Belém stop at the Old Factory of custard tarts (Pastéis de Belém), at Jerónimos' Monastery (to visit the church) and the Belém Tower (outside).

NOTE: Belém Tower and Jerónimos' Monastery close on Mondays, Jan 1st, May 1st, Easter Sunday, Jun 13th, Dec 25th.
Jerónimos Monastery's Church closes on Mondays (all day) and on Sunday mornings (only opens at 2PM). Other religious ceremonies or governmental events (no dates annouced much ahead of time) might affect the normal schedules.

# City Centre: neighbourhoods of Baixa (Downtown, Marquês de Pombal Square, Liberdade Avenue, Restauradores Square, Rossio Square, Comércio Square), Alfama.

TRANSPORTATION

Modern, clean, air-conditioned, very spacious, brand new private minivan.

It is extremely important that you mention luggage if it will need to be carried. The minivan is very spacious but if you're 7 carrying large suitcases, carry-ons and backpacks you really need to let me know in advance so that there aren't any surprises and things will work out just fine!
